Train Strike Translation Help

I came across the following on http://scioperi.mit.gov.it/mit2/public/scioperi, and was hoping someone could provide a translation. I understand that it is a train strike, for 8 hours on September 25th, in the region of Venezia, but that's as far as I could get, and Google translate wasn't much help. I am wondering how widespread this strike can be expected to be, knowing that not all strikes come to fruition. From the above-mentioned website:

Here is another site, in English, that talks about strikes in Italy. It doesn't provide a lot of information, but it might provide an additional clue.
