Train strike Sunday the 13th

Both Italo and Trenitalia are striking. Rail Europe provided us this summary:

A strike by Trenitalia train drivers has been announced for Sunday 13 September between 09:00–17:00. Please note that:

• LeFrecce (high-speed) trains will run regularly 
  
• Service between Rome Termini and Fiumicino Airport will be guaranteed either by Leonardo Express trains or replacement buses
• See a list of cancellations at http://www.trenitalia.com/tcom/Informazioni/Sciopero-nazionale-13-settembre-2015.

NTV Italo will go on strike Sunday 13 September. NTV has provided a list of possible trains (see below) that may be cancelled. Customers will have the option to take alternate transportation times based on availability and will be contacted by NTV once the cancelled trains are finalized.

Hi - does anyone know if the regional trains will be impacted?

We're supposed to drop our car in La Spezia and head in to Manarola tomorrow... Also hoping the rain isn't too bad. Wish us luck!
