Does anyone know about this?
We will be in Milan Oct 18 to 21 and want to take the train from the Airport to Milan centrale station and of the 21 take the train from Milan to Rome Termini and Termini to Civitavecchia ?

I have found this site to be reliable https://www.summerinitaly.com/traveltips/transport-strikes-in-italy. They show a national rail strike on the 21st. Some trains will run, usually the high speed ones, but you’ll need to plan carefully and consult the Trenitalia or Italy office in Milano Centrale. You should certainly be able to get to Termini. You can always take a taxi or bus from there if the train is not running to Civitavecchia.
