Need to catch a cruise in November that starts in Civitecchia so I need to know if there is train service between the airport (FCO) and Civitecchia and how to find the schedules.

Yes there is train service between the two. First, you take the Leonardo Express from FCO to Rome Termini. Then, you take a train from Rome Termini to Civitavecchia. The Civitavecchia train station is about 5 long blocks from the port entrance. It's a very nice walk along the beach.
Let us know your date of travel. I can link train schedules from www.trenitalia.com, the Italian train website. Also, are you returning to Civitavecchia when the cruise is over? If yes, you might want to buy your return train tickets in advance as it gets crowded coming off the ship and at the train station.
