Train reservation advice needed

We have travelled extensively in Europe but the train reservation issue is always difficult for us. Scenario :

July 30 We depart Stresa , Italy via train for Milan
Connect to another train in Milan to take us to Turin for a two night stay
August 1 We depart Turin for train to Annecy

I have been told by our hotel in Stresa that we can go to an " official trains agency " near the hotel to get our tickets .
QUESTIONS:
We have already purchased the Eurail Global Passes for our time abroad. How do I figure out if I need seat reservations for these 3 trips? Waiting until we get to Stesa to buy those tickets seems risky during a busy summer time.
Thank you for all advice.!

In Italy regional trains don’t need reservations. Those are denoted as Regional (with an “R” symbol) and Regional Veloce (“RV”) - the faster regional trains.

On 7/30 I see some connections that are R/RV only and some with the Frecciarossa (“FR”) which is faster but would require reservations.

On 8/1 your journey to Annecy looks like it would need a Frecciarossa train for the first leg which would require reservations.
