Train question Rome Florence Venice

Hello I’m about to book some train routes from Rome to Florence and back as well as Florence to Venice. I have a discount code from Italo have you found them to be on time and reliable? Any reason you may choose the Frecciarossa instead? Just wanted feedback before I purchase. Thanks

I prefer Trenitalia’s Freccias because they tilt less and I suffer from motion sickness, but there are no actual differences re reliability: 90 % of Italian high speed trains arrive within 10 minutes from the scheduled arrival time. Unfortunately most of the remaining 10% happens in season.

Oh, Italo's complimentary wi-fi is easier to use.
