Will be arriving at FCO in June for my first trip to Italy. Plan is to go straight to Siena. What's the best option to get to Siena from Rome FCO?

According to Rome2Rio.com, take the Leonardo Express from Fiumicino airport to Roma Termini, then take the train to Florence and transfer to another train or to a bus. Travel time is a little over four hours. You could also fly into Florence or Pisa, but it might take longer since plane delays and waiting times can be much longer than train/bus delays or waiting times.

FL1 train from the airport to Rome Tiburtina station (this isn't the Leonardo Express), direct bus from Tiburtina to the center of Siena.
