What is the least expensive way to travel from Lucca? We will be in Lucca for a week and hope to visit Florenece (may have to do two days to see and experience all) Sienna and Pisa. Would a pass be less expensive than individual tickets or would the Bus be better? Also, should we reserve tickets online?
Thanks for any help I can get.

Just buy the train tickets at the station. There's no pass that would save you money and no need (or ability) to make reservations online in advance. There are plenty of trains each day from Lucca to Florence and Pisa. For Siena, you might look into a bus - I don't know what routes are available.
Doug's right train is the way to go for Florence and Pisa. You will find there will be several each day and there shouldn't be a problem getting tickets. From my understanding there is only a bus to Siena, I'm sure someone else can help confirm that.
You can find the Florence-Siena bus schedules (run by bus company SITA) at http://www.sitabus.it/wps/portal . Click on "Scegli la regione" (select region) and choose "Toscana" (Tuscany) for a rundown of the schedules. Don't bother tying to click on the Union Jack for English...it doesn't work yet. They do have a page for tours in English, at http://www.sita-on-line.it/CentralSITAWEB/CentralSITA-ING.htm
