I'm booking trains for 2 and looking for guidance. In my Italo shopping cart, I have us starting in mid-May in Venice (2 full days), leaving from the S Lucia station and arriving in Florence (Firenze SMN station) at about 10 am, then leaving the next morning between 8-9 for Rome (Tiburtina station). After about 4 days in Rome, we'll arrive in Naples (Napoli Centrale station) around 9:00 am, where we want to take the Circumvesuviana to Sorrento.
Do you see any issues with this? The stations? The times (considering hotel check-in and check-out)?

Hi Luke. I don't see any issues. You could also compare on trenitalia.com; they run many more trains so might give you more schedule options. Enjoy your trip!
