I'm arriving at Venice Marco Polo at 4pm on October 8th (Thursday) and need to get to Padua. I understand the best options are train, taxi or private limo. Does anyone have any experience with any of these and any helpful advice?
Connections between Venice Marco Polo Airport and the city of Padua
Bus: You can reach Padua city center by FSBusitalia bus http://www.fsbusitalia.it/
Bus + train: Take ACTV line 15 bus or the ATVO FLY BUS shuttle to Venice Mestre railway station, then take a train to Padova
Yes, bus is best. They can store you bags under the bus, and in about an hour, you'll be next to the Padua train station. Tickets are sold inside the airport terminal. Bus picks up just outside the airport door.
