train from rome to ostia Hotel ping pong)

We arrive at the Rome Termini on 13Oct. at 1730. The hotel in Ostia suggested we take a train for "piramide" then from there another train to Lido Centro in Ostia Lido. I can't find a schedule online anywhere. Any help would be appreciated, also alternative suggestions Ellen

You'll take the B line metro to the pyramide stop, go next door to the other station (Porta San Paolo) and board a train to the Lido Centro Stop. These trains leave every 15 minutes or so and they are all heading to Lido. This is a regional train so the schedules aren't out more than a week in advance. Donna
