Don't be overwhelmed. You get the train at the train station which has shuttles from the airport. Pisa is very close to the CT so you'll look for trains to Genoa. They'll go through Viareggio and La Spezia. Don't worry about reserving; just buy the tickets at the train station.

It's so easy you won't believe it. There is a train station in the airport. You take the 5 minute journey on the Galileo Express to Pisa Centrale to change trains for the CT. At the Pisa station, just look up at the monitor and you can see the train departures. Going to the CT, some train runs will require a train change at La Spezia and some won't. It depends on which run you choose. All will get you there. It's a 90-minute journey.

Marcia,

Go to www.trenitalia.com/en/index.html for timetables and fares. Enter a dummy date less than 60 days from today to get complete information.

Examples: You can leave Pisa Centrale at 20:07, change at La Spezia, and be in Vernazza at 21:41. Or leave at 21:02, change, and arrive at 22:38.
