Train from MXP to Milano Centrale

On September 7th, we will be arriving in Milan at 8:45 pm, and need to get to Milano Centrale. I have gone to the trenitalia website, just to see what the schedule looks like. It appears they alternate 2 types of trains. We will be arriving late, so I am not sure we will have much choice as to which train we take, but if we can take one that goes directly to Milano Centrale rather than Cordova, I would rather do that. If someone is familiar with these schedules, and can decipher which train type I want, I would appreciate it. Some of the trains say "Bus, Underground, or other urban non-rail transport " and others don't . What is confusing, it that both types have the same travel time to get to Milano Centrale. I would rather not have to transfer to another train or bus. We will have had a very long day... 18 hours of travel time, and could be easily confused! Thank you!

It is a direct bus to Centrale and leaves terminal 1 and 2 every 20 minutes and takes about an hour depending on traffic. Website - http://www.malpensashuttle.it/web2011/e-percorsiorari.php schedule = http://www.malpensashuttle.it/carico/documenti/orario_estivo_2011(4).pdf We haven't done it, but reports on the web suggest that if you are in terminal 1 take the train. If you are in terminal 2 take the bus, since you usually have to ride another bus to get to terminal 1 and the train station.

There are indeed two different trains. Two ways to tell the difference. First, the fare. It's 11E to go to Cardona (not Cordova) and 7E to go to Milano Centrale. Second look at the arrival column. Mi N CA is Cordova. MI C LE is Milano Centrale.
