Our plane lands at 10:30am on Sun., Sept. 10th. From MXP, what is the best way to get to Genoa? We are staying at the Hotel Continental Genova on Sept. 10th. Detailed instructions would be very helpful.

The best option is probably train from airport to Milan with change there for Genoa. You can use the Trenitalia website to research actual train schedules. Use Malpensa Aeroporto as the "from" station and Genova Piazza Principe as the "to" station. For ease, I suggest you focus on the trains with a change at Milano Centrale. Your hotel is close to the Piazza Principe station - looks walkable on Google maps.
