When I check EuroRail, it shows that there is train service on 25 December. But when I check DB Bahn which seems to be the recommended train site, it doesn't show trains on 25 December? Any suggestions?

EuroRail is a travel agency selling limited tickets. bahn should work. However, try trenitalia.com. That is the Italian railroad site.

Thanks Frank, I'll check the trenitalia site. From what I understand you can't purchase tickets through their site if you're in the US. Is that correct?
