We are coming to Milano Malpensa (September) and then we will take train to Florence - we are meeting our friends at Florence Peretola Airport (rent a car) . Please advice best way to get there quick as possible. Thank you in advance!

Malpensa Aeroporto to Firenze S. M. Novella. Take a taxi from there. Should take about 3 hours from the time the Malpensa Express departs to Milano Centrale where you will change to a train arriving in Florence.
Given that the Malpensa Express trains to Milano Centrale go every 30 minutes, but the trains to Florence every hour, there could be an hour of slack time in there as well.
