Just to mention, you really wouldn't need to book these tickets in advance. Taking a quick look at current schedules between Firenze S.M. Novella and Riomaggiore, virtually all trip choices appear to be 2nd class on regionale trains for identical prices. This means you wouldn't have specific seat/carriage assignments, and there doesn't appear to be any sort of price break for purchasing in advance so I'd just buy your tickets at the station on the day of your journey.
