My daughters and I are traveling from Florence to Cinque Terra this Friday the 6th, then returning on Tuesday morning the 10th. I need advise on the simplest way to do this. My BIGGEST CONCERN is that we need to be to the Florence airport by 7:30 on Tuesday morning. Is this possible?

It's not possible to get from Cinque Terre to Florence airport for a 7:30 a.m. flight. The earliest train on June 10 leaves La Spezia Centrale at 4:43 and arrrives to Florence/Firenze SMN at 7:13. From there, you still need to take a half-hour bus to the airport. You should sleep in Florence the night before the flight.
