I believe it's an Austrian train. That's probably the source of your difficulty. Try here

Thank you. Is that the train or a middleman selling tickets. I’m trying to avoid the middleman.

Www.the trainline.com shows several options, some direct with no changes, others with 2 to 4 changes.

OEBB is not a middleman. It is an official Austrian railway.

And The Trainline does not add fees in my experience. Also fairly foolproof to use. Otherwise try Deutschebahn..

Deutsche Bahn is working for me now; it didn't when I first checked, but it was probably my ISP, which is sometimes flaky.
