train from Arezzo to Florence - then Uffizi Tickets

First time to Europe Staying close to Anghiari.
Want to drive to Arezzo and catch train to Florence.
Need to make reservations for Uffizi and Accademia.

I can’t seem to get train station web site in English to estimate train times so from there I can decide on Reservation Times for Uffizi and Accademia

What happens if you arrive late for reservation time?

Any guidelines on how much time to allow for train, getting from station to Uffizi and then time spent in Uffizi and then getting to Accademia.

We only have one day in Florence, so Uffizi is must see. Accademia is optional.
