How long do you need to change trains in Rome? One of the options only allows 20 minutes, assuming the train arrives on time. (And what happens if you miss your connection? Will the train company put you on the next available?)
How long does it take to get from the Naples train station to where you catch the Alilauro hydrofoil?
How long do you need to change trains to the Campania Express in Naples?

20 minutes is plenty of time.
Take a taxi from Napoli central to the port around 10 minutes. Ferry to Sorrento is 50 minutes. For schedule look at Capri.net.
