I received an 8 x 11 paper with an explanation of Hertz's administrative fee on one side in English and "Minutes of violation of rules of the road" in Italian on the other side. I'm thinking this is from Hertz and the official citation will be forthcoming from the municipality. I did a translation with google and there isn't any info on how or where to pay. Anyone had a citation in Sicily?
