I was in Italy last May and I just received a ticket for a traffic violation in Pisa. I looked at the photo and it was the car we rented.What is the easiest way to take care of this. Thanks!

Pisa is one of the many Italian cities that have Zona Traffico Limitados (ZTLs). These are restricted zones. As you enter, a camera snaps a picture of your license plate and you smiling. Unfortunately, you don't get these final notices for up to a year after the occurence and extra charges have been added. Sometimes, the car rental company will also add charges to your credit card for administrative costs for tracking you down. You might be on the hook for this one.
