We'll be staying in the Jewish Quarter (Via S. Maria area) in a few weeks and we are looking for any first-hand dining recommendations anyone may have.
We'd like to have a place or two in our neighborhood we can count on for some authentic Italian fare. Not looking for fancy -just looking for real.

We have eaten twice at Il Giardino Romano. Very straightforward, simple, good Roman food.
