I will be visiting Rome for 2 nights, but only one full day, this July. My hotel, Marriott Park, is on the outskirts of the city about 30 minutes from the center of Rome. Are there any one day tours available that could pick me up at my hotel? I would like to see the sights but not Vatican City this time.

Check with the hotel. They will know the tours that pick up at their hotel.

Rome Cabs will pick you up and do an all-day tour of your design or theirs. I have used them twice and both guides were fabulous. But if you are alone, it could be a little expensive. All of their tour options are listed on their website at romecabs.com.
