My husband and I will be staying at a Tuscan agriturismo near San Gimignano in mid September. I am looking for recommendations for a walking tour of Sienna (preferably small group) and other sites/tours in Tuscany such as wine tours and olive oil tours. We have rented a car to get us from place to place while in Tuscany.
Has anyone used the walking tour of Sienna offered by the TI there? How large was the group?
Any other tips on what to see and do in Tuscany is appreciated.

I would just mention that the Siena (one-n) Duomo mosaic floors will be uncovered during your stay, so you should be sure to reserve entry tickets during the days you will be in town.
