Hello!
I'm looking for advice/recommendations for tours in the Emilia-Romagna province and particularly one that includes Parma. I'd also be interested in tours just in Parma. Any and all recommendations and advice would be welcome. I'll be arriving by train from Milan. Thank you! --sara

Sara, please provide us with your travel dates, so we can advise better. Are you looking for anything particular? I guess food tours is what you're looking for. For how long are you planning to stay in Parma?

Hi Sara - I highly recommend the Three Kings tour in Parma that my husband and I took in October 2017. Here is the link

It was absolutely wonderful. Our guide Angelo was so informative, gracious and friendly. We took the day long tour of the Parmigiano cheese facility, the Proscuitto ham (family run) facility - had a truly wonderful lunch with Angelo and the other couple on the tour at an agritourism farm's restaurant with breath taking views and finally went to a balsamic (again family run for generations) facility.
That day was one of our very best of our 10 day trip.

Alejandro, I will be in Emilia-Romagna August 4--8, Parma probably the 4th and 5th. I certainly want to incorporate a food tour but my great-grandparents were also from Parma (from villages outside the city) so I am interested in the history and culture of the region as well. This is my first visit to Italy.
