Which infomation booth is better? The one inside Termini train station or the one located across the street. Is one more friendly and less crowded than the other?

The "official" P.I.T. (Tourist Info Booth) is located inside Roma Termini station, just off track 24, near the car rental counters. It's probably one of the largest in town and usually has multiple folks working at it. For more info, and a picture, Click Here!
