We have planned to stay in Umbria for 5 days of our early October trip. We have been to Umbria before, but only briefly. We are staying at a great B&B outside Assisi for the second time. Can anyone suggest a great winery, maybe a smaller family owned farm, or a farm that produces small quantity cheeses, or other products? We love to visit these types of places, and try to support the locals as much as possible.
Any help would be appreciated.
