Touring Duomo in Milan and other questions

I have searched and can't find much about the guided tours at the Duomo. Our group is myself, my 22 year old son, and my 77 year old mother. I am interested in touring the Duomo, specifically the rooftops, and see many options with the lift. I also see a guided tour in English for 2 hours that includes the Archeological areas, church interior and rooftops. Any information about that tour would be great. Specifically wondering if we would be able to stay up on the rooftops longer or spend more time in the interior if we wanted to explore more. Looking at Sunday, 6/2, for this since we were able to get tickets for the Last Supper on Tuesday morning and plan to daytrip to Lake Como on Monday.
My son is also interested in the Leonardo DaVinci Museum of Science and Technology so wondering if anyone has been there and could give some thoughts. He is also into soccer and San Siro stadium is not too far from our lodging, if anyone has thoughts on trying to tour there or maybe trying to attend a game. I think our dates miss the season, but will keep looking.

Last summer I used Bella Milano tours. They do have preplanned tours, but their guide Valeria listened to my interests and essentially made a tour of interest to me and my companion. All of which she discussed with me before I got to Milan. The Duomo and the archeological part below was part of our tour, but I declined going to the roof. Their website mentions a DaVinci tour, so I would trust they could include something of that for your son. I was beyond happy with my time with Valeria/Bella Milano. Highly recommend you reach out to them to see what they can offer you.
