Has anyone toured a Parma cheese dairy? We are a group of 11 people (4 kids, 7 adults) staying in Licciana Nardi area and interested in seeing how Parmesan is made but can't decipher the cheese websites. Anyone have insight or specific dairy they have visited And enjoyed?

We were in Parma in March and did an all day tour that included cheese, balsamic vinegar, prosciutto. lunch and add on of wine. It was thru http://www.foodtours.it/. Laura is wonderful and we highly recommend her. It was a personalized tour of just us in the small family run operations. One of the highlights of our trip.
