We are flying into Milan, from the US, arriving around 8:30AM and leaving the next day mid afternoon. I would to book a walking tour of Milan including tickets to see "The Last Supper." We are not opposed to doing the tour the afternoon we arrive. Any tour company recommendations?
I used Tickitaly in order to see the Last Supper and also got a walking tour that included the Sforza Castle. Was very nice and our guide (group of 9 people), told us all about the Last Supper while we spent our 15 minutes inside viewing it.
I had a similar itinerary last fall, arriving at Malpensa airport around 9am. I booked a noon tour (after 3 trips finally getting Tickitaly) for L'utima cena (last supper). I was able to take airport train to Centrale, checking into a hotel near the station (Hilton), take the subway to the area near L'utima cena with 30 minutes to spare. The only way I could get tickets was through Tickitaly. I skipped the walking tour, which was after the Last Supper and went to the Duomo, as I am always fascinated with a couple of statues. You don't get to spend much time in front of the Last Supper (about 15 minutes). It's a must see, but a little disappointing in my mind.
