Hello. I will be in Ravello on April 26 and would like to take a tour of Pompeii from Ravello that afternoon (to be picked up from the hotel) and be taken back to a hotel in Naples that night. I have flight back to the States on April 27 early afternoon. Can you give me some ideas on how i can do that? Thank you.

If you are staying in a private home (rather than a hotel), you simply need to find a car service that seems reliable - perhaps by reading old posts (search box at top center ) here about Naples and Pompeii. If you are staying in a hotel, I would email or call the hotel and ask them for one or two car services they recommend. An 8 hour day with a car and driver (your bags locked in the trunk while you visit Pompeii and watched by the driver) will be perhaps (educated guess) 250-275 Euros. That assumes there is enough time to see Pompeii and do the location transfer within 8 hours. Google Maps says it is 1hr 10 minutes from Ravello to Naples, without Pompeii. A guide from the car service, if available, would be a second person. Most people hire a local guide at the Pompeii gates ( see those searched posts ... )
You did not ask about an alternative, but it would be much cheaper to go directly to the Naples hotel, check your bag if the room isn't ready, and take a taxi to the main RR station for the Circumvesuviana train to Pompeii. That might cost the rail fare from Ravello, plus a fixed-rate taxi, plus two 2.8 Euro transit fares. You could walk back or use the subway to save the cab fare to the hotel in Naples if you are over-budget.
