Why not walk through Napoli's mercatini streets, including Spaccanapoli, perhaps the most famous of the shopping streets of Napoli.

for a list of popular Napoli mercatini streets. If you Google mercatini streets Napoli, entries will show actual names of these streets so you can find them readily on a map.

Have you looked at the group walks through Mondo Tours that Rick Steves is promoting? We just signed up for one on April 30th. They take 3 hours and cost $25 per person. The group needs to have 8 people sign up, or they cancel the tour. I looked for Mondo Tours, then clicked on the link to Rick Steves' Group tours on the top of the page.
