We are investigating travel plans for about 4 days in Sardinia in the first week of October. Has anyone used this travel company? They offer a 7 day tour on Sardinia. I understand that train transportation is not the best so was looking at a guided tour as we do not plan to drive. Any suggestions are appreciated.

I've been to Sardinia multiple times, but never used this company (always rented my own car), however if you plan for 4 days in Sardinia a 7 day tour is not going to work. You will need to plan for at least 7 days.
Sardinia is a popular destination with European vacationers in summer, since it's a beachgoer/scuba diver/snorkeler paradise. There are however some interesting historic sites and quaint villages that the tour you mentioned seems to concentrate on. Which makes sense, since October may not be beach weather anymore.
