My sister-in-law and her husband are going to italy in the spring and wanted to hire tour guides for rome and florence. we mentioned Francesca and Annie (for the respective cities) from our Rick Steves Heart of Italy tour last year. But we have not been able to find their contact information, we found an email address for Francesca on-line but she's not using that anymore...Does anybody know how to contact them? Thank you!

I don't have Francesca's email on me, but I emailed her a few weeks ago about our trip to Italy next May and she replied that she's not taking reservations for any private clients for next year until after January. That's when she'll get her group schedules from various tour companies that she contracts with.
