My wife and I (both in relatively good health for 70yo) are looking for a guide for a day in Milan in early October 2025. We would appreciate any suggestions based on your travels. General Duomo and Last Supper included, of course.

We used a guide that happens to also be recommended by Rick Steves. Her name is Sara Cerri, Walking Tour Milan, https://www.walkingtourmilan.it/
She was excellent and very helpful in planning for our day. She obtained our tickets to the Last Supper, as well.

Consider Bella Milano Tours. Are you looking for a full day with a guide? You could email them to ask about a full day. We engaged them for just a couple of hours and our guide customized an itinerary after emailing with us. Valeria was our absolutely superb guide.
