Sarah, I assume you're referring to Francesca Caruso? AFAIK, she IS still offering tours, which is possibly why she hasn't responded to your E-mails. She's probably REALLY busy at the moment. Could you indicate which E-mail address you're using? You might want to delete your duplicate Thread on this topic, so that you keep all the replies in the same place. Happy travels!

We had Francesca in Rome for our Rick Steves' tour in May. She was wonderful! I hope that you will be able to have her as your guide.
