Does anyone know what time the Rick Steves Italy My Way tour gets into Lake Como after leaving Venice on day 2? It says the travel time is about 5 hours, but I am not sure what time the tours usually arrive in Lake Como. We are trying to plan for an afternoon tour the arrival day, and want to make sure we would be able to get to Lake Como in time for a 4:00 tour.

In the meantime, my thoughts:
I suspect a 4 PM event would be challenging to get to.
There is 5 hours of bus time, plus the lunch stop, so a minimum of 6 hrs enroute.
When you get there you will have to check into the hotel and drop your bags then get to wherever your activity.
I would expect you would leave the Venice hotel about 8ish take the boat to where you get the bus, load the bus and be on your way around 9ish. Best case scenario is arriving at 3.
Do you know which "Lake Como village" you will be staying ? Is your activity there?
