Tour Company Recommendations

Hi - thank you so much for the opportunity to get information here.

My cousin is 15 years old and terminally ill. She can get around just fine and one of her wishes was to travel to Rome. We have 7 days planned there the first part of July. She is catholic so she definitely wants to see the Vatican but also the other sites and possibly go to the Isle of Capri one of the days.

Can anyone recommend a good tour company that is reliable and honest in the Rome area? I just want to make this the best possible trip for her.

Thanks for any suggestions. I appreciate it.

The city red bus #110 from the Termini station. It is a HOHO tour bus that covers over eighty sightseeing destinations with an audio guide. The ticket is good for 24 hours. The route takes 2.5 hours. Sit on top in front for the best views.

Tom,, so glad your niece will see something she wants, I hope the trip is wonderful for all of you. I have heard many people talk about angeltours.. but I do not know of them personally. May I also suggest you check out the tripadvisor.com Rome forums( jsut google it) it is an extremely busy forum with many locals on it also.. they will definately have some good ideas.

God bless your family and niece .

We used the tour company, Through Eternity last November while in Rome. They were excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed each tour we we took with them. They limit the number of people in a group, which we really liked. Each guide we had was very knowledgeable and made each place we visited come to life. We went on three different tours with them. Their web address is www.througheternity.com. One guide was Gracelyn, one was Thomas and the other's name was Gabrielle. All three were really good. I'd definitely recommend this particular tour company. Enjoy your trip. Susan
