Has anyone used or had recent experience with this company that is listed in the Guidebook? We are using them next month for several tours in Rome and Florence, as well as our travel between the cities with a stop in Orvieto. We really liked the options they provided, but they are certainly not as commercial as the others. The Rick Steves discount was also nice.
