Tour at Doges Palace that includes Bridge of Sighs

I’ll be in Venice this August and cannot find a tour that includes a walk through the Bridge of Sighs. Does anyone know of any tours that include this?

When I took the Secret Itineraries tour a few years ago, it was included. The tour is excellent but much of the areas it covers will be very hot in August. Take the earliest tour available and bring water and a fan.

If you buy a ticket, the route takes you across the Bridge of Sighs, through the prison and back into the Doges Palace via the Bridge.
You don’t need a tour.

Ditto. Secret Itineraries Tour. And even in June the attics of the Doge's Palace were the hottest I have ever experienced. I can't imagine August.

Awesome. Great information. Thank you.
I’m curious if I just buy the skip the line entrance tickets, is there an audio tour that’s sufficient? I am definitely looking for the shortest option because of the heat. It would be great if we can decide the ‘pace’ of our tour instead of being herded by a group.

We thought the only way to walk though the Bridge of Sighs was to book the Secret Itineraries tour, but turns out it wasn't part of the tour, but part of the museum ticket. Just follow the route through the museum and it's toward the end. You go through it twice. No need to book the tour. The Secret Itineraries tour was still interesting and it's timed entry. You definitely go to areas not accessible to the general public and learn about the palace. We went last week (May 31). We had good (cool) weather but it's easy to imagine it getting really warm. There were lots of stairs, narrow halls, and I'm not sure how big the tour was, maybe 30 people, so in some of the rooms we were a bit packed in.
