Hi all! You all have been so helpful, thought I'd try this topic. We (3 people) will be in Bolzano and Merano October 17 and 18th, 2025. We hear there is a tradition known as Törggelen in the area around this time, often held at farms. The thing is, we can't find a list of locations. We don't have a car, and are trying to see if there is a way to reach any of these sites by public transport. If anyone has any knowledge or could point us in the right direction, that would be super! Thanks so much!!

Do you have the Südtirol app? If not, go to südtirol.info, the area's official tourism site. Bus transportation in the area is very reliable, but getting to farms may be more challenging. The tourism office in Bolzano may be able to help you with options. Good luck! We attended a couple of seasonal festivals last weekend, and really enjoyed the local traditions.
