Too much to see in 3-4 days in Florence?

Looking for advice. Here are the sights I really want to visit during the last week of November. Is the list doable in 3-4 days or is it just too ambitious? If too much, what would you cut out? Any suggestions for a day-by-day itinerary?
* Duomo no climbing
* Academia
* Uffizi
* Pitti Palace
* Museum of the Opificio delle Pietre
* Museo del Bargello
* Cappelle Medicee
* Orsanmichele
* Palazzo Vecchio & Torre di Arnolfo

Well, I would put S. Marco well before Opificio delle pietre dure, but the thing is doable. Just be warned that Uffizi have a lot of things (but you can set your pace), and Pitti is actually several museums into one, you cannot see all of them but even one would be worth. It can be done in 4 days, but 3 look somewhat stretched, also because three days are usually two and half in the real world.

There is a big enough difference between 3 days and 4 to be a bit skeptical, especially if it's more likely to be 2.5 days instead of 3 FULL days. If there's any way to stretch it to 4 FULL days, I'd try and do that.

I'll also vote with lachera for Museo di San Marco over Opificio delle Pietre, and Cappelle Medicee left me a little cold: Chapel of Princes was an ostentatious display of wealth and Michelangelo's sculptures in the Sagrestia Nuova were not his best work, IMHO. Still, it may not take you that long to visit so OK to keep. If you decide to do San Marco, very close by is Piazza della Santissima Annunziata with a church of the same name. The entry cloister of that church has some wonderful frescoes (free) and on another side of the piazza is Brunelleschi-designed Ospedale degli Innocenti with its famous della Robbia reliefs of swaddled infants. You could very easily combine a peek at these with the Accademia and San Marco as they're all in the same neighborhood.

You might consider adding the Duomo museum if possible? I think that may have a bigger impact than the interior of the church itself. Lastly, yes, you'll need to be selective with how much to include at the Pitti. The best of it, IMHO, is the Palatine Galley which is sizable enough all by itself.

Thank you lachera and Kathy. I should have been more specific. I will actually have 4 complete days and my daughter will be with me for 3 of those.
I had already decided against San Marco but based on the suggestions so far, it looks like one day we could see Uffizi in the morning maybe combined with Academia and Piazza della Santissima Annunziata and the church with a look at Ospedale degli Innocenti after lunch. The latter 3 are near our accommodations.
I do want to see the Duomo Museum so any suggestions for the other half of that day?
That leaves us with one more day and me with 2. So many choices!
Please feel free to chime in and grazie mille!

Once you are at Santissima Annunziata, San Marco is two minutes walking. But you cannot see everything and if you are not interested, no problem.

If you’re prepared and tackle places like the Uffizi and Accademia with your A-game, you can totally see this and more. Palazzo Vecchio was open late when we were there, and made a great after early dinner stop.

My biggest advice is to skip the Duomo itself. Really all the best art is in the Museum, and its architecture is best appreciated from the outside. The real issue is the Duomo has easily the longest lines for anything in Florence. It seems like every tourist and tour group has this at the top of their list, and comparatively it’s not worth it. I’d say the same for the baptistry, worthwhile mostly for more hardcore art folks, but attracts a line because it’s part of the Duomo “package.”

On the flip side, Santa Maria Novella is I think what people imagine the Duomo or Santa Croce to be. It’s absolutely drenched in great, important art with fantastic frescoes by Ghirlandaio. This is way better imo, and for some reason often left off itineraries.

We just got back 2 weeks ago from Florence with 4 nights there. This is what we did;
Academia-The David of course!
Uffizi Gallery-loved it!
Duomo museum-excellent!
Duomo climb-yep, we did it! All 463 steps!
Santa Reparata-we love ruins
Galileo museum-for my husband to geek out in
Santa Maria Novella-the painting to see there is under restoration and I’m not a big fan of religious art
Tours By Roberto-a break from museums and a fantastic day in the Tuscany countryside
