Tonino Basso in Vernazza; Villa Elda in Sienna and Casa Astarita in Sorrent

Toninno Basso's rooms in Vernazza .. there are 4 only... are wonderful, but usually booked 8-12 months in advance. We stayed there in May of 2007 and really wouldn't stay anywhere else.It is not a Bed and Breakfast.. rather 4 rooms in an apartment building at the top of the town... not a long walk at all. No view, but air-conditioned, a computer in each room, and they are very clean and contemporary.Downstairs is a wonderful restaurant... Il Pirata.
