tivoli day visit from rome

I'd love some suggestions on a good day outing without trying to see 'everything'...enjoying but not killing ourselves! (mid-60s!). We're staying in Rome.

take a ride to the countryside of frascati, known for the pope's summer residence, white wine, small villages, lake nemi.

train south of rome about 12 miles to frascati and meet your tour guide at train station. get out of the hustle and bustle
just book on the website and enjoy your day.
saw a special on TV few years back, ceralli.it (family owned bakery/pizza oven) that makes the "best" porchetta sandwich and nonna is 94 still baking her goodies
