tipping hotel manager

Our hotel has arranged museum tickets for us, is it expected that I tip the management? In the states I generally tip for attaining services and cleaning rooms. I'm wondering is that typical in Italy as well.

Yes, it is considered "good form" to tip a concierge or hotel staff for performing an outside service such as getting tickets. The amount of tip should depend on how dificult the tickets were to get.
