Tip for driving in Italy

This worked for me.

First day here I was looking at traffic and wondered how in the world I would ever drive in that mess. Couldn't sleep the second night we were here so about 4am when there was very little traffic I got out on the road and just drove around town for about 3 hours to get familiar with things. While I'm still a bit intimidated I've been driving in very thick traffic the last two days and feel alot more comfortable.

Hi Ron,

It sounds like you're having a great adventure! Seems like a good idea to get familiar with the roads when traffic is less busy. Hope you're also enjoying some great food--especially shopping in the markets to prepare food at home.

Hi Sharon,

Yes, things are great so far. Don't have a house yet to prepare the food but soon. Have to say it....no rain here in Italy....don't miss that georgia weather.

Hi Ron,
We haven't had spring yet--it's 48 degrees and raining today! I'm so envious! Hope all is going well!
