We are booked on a Milan walking tour from 10:30 to 2:00. Our train departs at 4:15. We must pick up our luggage at the baggage deposit at the train station before boarding the train. Allowing for lines ,What time should we plan to be at the baggage pick up so we can make our 4:15 train. If possible we may choose to tour the inside of the Duomo when our tour ends at 2:00.

There is no answer. It depends on the lines. Sometimes long, sometimes short, and sometimes in the middle. Personally I would be there at 3 just in case there is a long line. Who knows what the line will be?
