I've buyed a tourist sim on Tim website ( https://www.tim.it/tim-tourist) It says that I have to print the e-mail received. The only e-mail I received is an approved sale transaction. Ther'es nothing mentioning tim tourist on that receipt, should I have received something else ?
I've written to Tim, but still no answer.
Don't worry. Just go to a store when you arrive, show the email, and they will give you the card. In fact, they set up the phone for you. Only takes a few minutes. Writing to them is useless, maybe their English is not so good?
I just looked at my email from last year. There was a colorful PDF attachment that I printed out. Both the email you received and the PDF have your PIN number. That is really all you’ll need. Just tell the clerk you bought the Tim for Visitors and give them the PIN number.
